Liberation and Embodiment: A Conversation with Todd Norian (Video)
posted @ 1:06 pm in [ ]

Anusara Yoga Instructor Todd Norian shares the Tantric perspective that we all have two basic energies in our body: the liberation current and the embodiment current. As we seek fulfillment, happiness and freedom in our lives, simultaneously the universe also reaches toward us to experience itself in a body. Why are you here on this earth? Todd would say, for the sheer delight of it!

Anchoring: A Guided Meditation Practice
posted @ 1:11 pm in [ ]

Anchoring is an invocation that you can use anytime you want to feel more grounded, focused, connected or relaxed. The practice takes you through 6 specific steps to help you open to the fullness of your experience. It can be practiced at work or home, in the morning or before bed. You can anchor from a seated or standing position at the beginning of your yoga practice. When the steps become second nature, you can adjust the length of the practice to suit your needs in any given situation.

Our love and joy to you on your journey!
